Neal C. is right. When I first saw the LOTR trailer, I liked everything but the Orcs. They do not look strong and dangerous, but scrawny. They have big heads and long ears, which does suggest that they were indeed elves tortured and corrupted by Sauron, but they need to look big and muscular, even like the ones in WarCraft, rather than D&D dark elves.

I do, however, think that their helmets are perfect for orcs. They look dark and evil, like teeth closed together. It's too bad they have to be worn by long-eared green monkeys.
