Picture of Gondorians and Rohirrim

I've seen the picture and wondered when this is supposed to happen. Then it came to me that, before the battle at Morannon, Aragorn gathered his troops around two hills facing the black gate. Then he rode forth to meet with the Voice of Sauron. I guess, this is the scene described, since the shape of a hilltop can be recognised easily. Still, who are the two men in the middle of the troops? I think one of them might be Aragorn, and maybe the other one is Eomer, wich points rather at the battle at the Pelennor Fields when the forces of Rohan and those whom Aragorn gathered in the south joined. Does anyone else have an opinion on this matter?
