If it has already been said before, then I apologize in advance.

Looking through the photo archives, I noticed the picture of the Nazgul "steed" and then that of the Oliphant. Fact is, they are the same prop from opposite angles. If you will look closely at both photos side by side, you will see this clearly. Just thought I would put in my 2 cents.
