Beta Site & New URL For Official Site

Well, the news is going around that the official site can now be reached at www.lord-of-the-rings.com in addition to www.lordoftherings.net.

Also, there seems to have been a beta version of the official LOTR site located at www.lordoftherings.net, but it's no longer available now. Joram over at Ringbearer received this news from a fan who did some snooping.

According to Joram's contact, the site was "slick," but none of the links worked. I guess the rest of us will have to wait a while to see the finalized design. If any web-savvy fans out there managed to get a peek at this beta site and want to share information, feel free to e-mail me.

Meanwhile, we'll just have to sit tight for a few more weeks.
