Legolas is blonde. A recent E! online feature (at E! Online - Features - Specials - LotR) of a behind the scenes mentioned "A plaited blonde wig being the finish for Orlando Bloom's costume. Is this good?

Personally, I think that there would be way too much dark hair and gray eyes  in the fellowship if they had portrayed him otherwise. But Boromir may be  also be leaning away from the brunette thing also....

Now that we are all well aware of P.J.'s choice, why don't we relax. At least ONE debatable LotR issue has been cleared up. Still, we have the   ever-important Arwen issue to deal with.
