Tommy Garrote sent me this e-mail late yesterday evening:

Hi, my name is Tommy Garrote. I was at ShoWest, and for me one of the only moments that gave me goose bumps of excitement was the LOTR trailer. I am a big fan of the books and read them many times, but nothing could ever prepare me for the images I saw on the big screen that day.

My hat is off to New Line Cinema for obviously not cutting corners on the budget of this great film trilogy, as well as allowing this modern masterpiece to have the scope it well deserves.

Everyone seems to be giving positive reports. Is this a good thing?
