Ian Holm has to age from 111 to 170 in order to portray Bilbo Baggins in The Lord Of The Rings trilogy. "I'm in a complete face mask and its the most extraordinary make-up I've ever, ever seen," says Holm,  68 , who stopped off in Los Angeles for the premiere of his new film Joe Gould's Secret, on his way back from four weeks in New Zealand.
