Back Online and Ready to Update

I know the wait was intolerable, but my family is finally getting settled in our new home in Brandywine, North Carolina. No, seriously! We now live in a neighborhood (and on a street) called Brandywine! Appropriate, eh?

You'll have to give me another day or so before I do any major updating. I apologize for this wait, but please bear with me. My inbox is loaded with tons of news and images waiting to be posted. You won't be dissapointed.

I have some news to share with you right now, as a matter of fact. An Internet advertising company called eUniverse.com has contacted me and is interested in purchasing proprietary use of all advertising slots on this site.

What does this change mean for you? Well, a new site design for one. More updates and richer news for another. And a heck of a lot of extra income to be put to good use in enhancing this site. I think this deal was meant to be. Keep visiting to stay apprised of the latest regarding this.

I am tentatively planning for a rollover on July 1st of this year, but I want input from visitors first. E-mail me at bass@tolkien-movies.com and let me know if you would be willing to look at a few extra ads on the site if it meant better content, more frequent updates, and site enhancements. I'll be adding a voting booth question regarding this subject in the near future.
