I want to let you know, that in the end of November 2000 I went on a long journey, a journey to Middle-earth.

The German distributer Kinowelt had invited me to visit the filming of LORD OF THE RINGS exclusive (two weeks before harry ;-) ).

At the 27th of November 2000 after a 28-hours-flight I entered the ground of New Zealand.

What I have seen at the sets and who I have met I will publish soon in a 4-part-report. But New Line Cinema have to authorize my texts first.

What I can say is: My expectations were really high, because of the scenes I had seen before, but what I saw in Wellington exceeded all my expectations!
