It's coming out now that those sneaky webmasters over at the official Rings site hid a bunch of goodies inside the site. Here are links to some of them:

There is a message from Gandalf. He was last seen someplace around Bree.
It seems that the guys at New Line have learned something from the people who designed the official Matrix site. There are hidden sections of the site.
I personally think this is a pretty cool idea, or perhaps its something that sounds cool while sitting in Burbank at 4:30 in the morning.
