Official or Not?

Editor's Note: This is in reference to the recent copy of the original Internet release of the Lord of the Rings preview (with new footage) that now appears to be circulating around various sites. Screen caps will be available soon.
I received an email back from Trish Maunder, who had put up the article alongside the old/new trailer. I asked her if it was an official trailer or not, here's her response...
