Where Is the Pale King?
Leonides

In their white faces burned keen and merciless eyes; under their mantles were long grey robes: upon their grey hairs were helms of silverl in their haggard hands were swords of steel...
-- From, "The Fellowship of the Ring"

Well, I dunno about you guys, but after seeing those Nazgul pics, I needed to sleep with the lights on! The new pics that were released last night from Elostrion are, indeed, the Nazgul as they shall be seen at Weathertop, though this is not a still from the film. It is still unknown wether or not some CGI will be added, though I would suspect so.

At first I must admit I thought they looked a little cartoony; but the more I stared at them the creepier they got. I really like their look, even if they are a bit different then the books describe! I think these capture the right "feel" of the Ringwraiths: the tortured look on their faces, their soulless gaze, their deformed bodies... they have a sense of atrophied greatness about them. These beings were once fair and noble heroes, but have been twisted by Sauron into what we see before us.

It should also be noted, however, that these pics have been leaked without either New Line's or Jackson's permission -- and that they are quite POed about it. It is rumored that these are unfinished tests. Well, all I can say is that they are some pretty great tests! Excellent job.
