Alanis Morissette has confirmed her European tour dates but Guns 'N' Roses has cancelled its dates, which means that even if the rumours of a planned Morissette/Rose duet were true, they won't be recording it overseas as expected.

The song is said to be for the soundtrack to the pending Lord of the Rings movie. GN'R cancelled its jaunt supposedly because guitarist Buckethead was ailing but sources close to the group speculate the bucket-headed one may have left the fold altogether.
