Balrog Wings
Bree Brandybuck

Someone mentioned that the Balrog, while he did possess wings, had no skin in between the wings. The Balrog didn't really seem to have any skin really. He seemed to be built of charcoal and such things. However his wings did have smoke between them. Perhaps the smoke was supposed to be the "skin". I dn't know really, but it is worth a shot at guessing.
