To Matthew (Lover of Words)
Paul

Hey Matthew, never fear! Treebeard is definitely going to be in the next film. Not only has he been casted, (John rhys-davies' voice) he has also appeared on screen for a brief instant during the Two Towers preview that New Line attached to the end of FotR in late March. (phew! that was a long sentence.) Also, the gift-giving scene in Lothlorien is going to be attached to the special edition version of the film due in November. So if you want to see Galadriel giving her gifts to the Fellowship, all you have to do is go out and buy the Extended edition in November!
