Black Riders' New Look
Shire Squire

I was just wondering if anyone has any clue as to the look of the new black riders and their flying beasts? At first i was thinking they would just be winged horses, but now i'm not sure. This seems to be the one area that Tolkien didn't describe to death. Also on a separate note, is the leader of the ringwraiths(the rider and beast who was beheaded) a separate person or is he one of the 9 blackriders? Any response is welcome, even to tell me how stupid i am.
