This is my first posting on the forum. I saw FOTR first, and fell in love! I read Silmarillion, Lost Tales, and the rest o the series. Anyway, in one of the Appendices, Aragorn's age is 88 by the time he meets the hobbits in Bree.I have one question about his death (actually 2). Aragorn's age when he died was 210 (I think). Elros died at around 500. I know they wern't DIRECTLY related, but they were. Wouldn't that mean Aragorn should be like 250- 300? The other is: what was his son's name?
As for the "stuff" I think we should move on from the "religion" debate. To help start somethin' new: Did Saruman's ring have like powers or sumnot? And to Teigles or whatever, that was a good post, but the HUGE statues were Isildur and ELENDIL, and Isildur ruled ARNOR, not Gondor. Feanor rules!Bring it on Sauron, err Annatar!
