What's Going to Be in the Next Two Movies?

I read rumours in a translation of that French magazine article that Saruman is going to die in TTT. I also read something that said there was going to be a major change in the end of RotK. For those of you that read the books, you know that in the end of RotK there is a battle between the hobbits and the ruffians. Saruman is the ruffians' boss for a little while before this. It seems to make sense that if Saruman dies in TTT there will be a major change in RotK because this battle between the hobbits and the ruffians can't really happen. If it does happen it will have to be revised a lot. I am also wondering about Shelob. I haven't heard ANYTHING about her being in TTT, though she is in the very end of the TTT book. If anybody knows anything that would clarify this mess of rumours, or anything about Shelob, please respond to me by way of this debate forum. By the way, does anyone know how Gandalf gets his staff back when he's stuck on top of Orthanc? Saruman takes it in their little skirmish, but Gandalf has it again in Rivendell.
