Rune the city that you saw is Minas Tirith, where the records were kept. Isildur, before returning to the north stayed in the southern kingdom putting its affairs in order before handing it on to his nephew. Here he wrote his experiences and observations of the Ring of Power. On a personal note I think Ted Nasmith had a nicer vision of what Minas Tirth looked like. However Howe and Lee do win hands down elsewhere when it comes to feeling and emotion. Hope that answers your question fully. Arina and Brett C, as to the question of who's second in comand; Brett C, has overall command of the armies, my general if you will. lol Arina you have control over all intelligence, internal and external threats to the new empire are your domain, my spy master (MI5/MI6 FBI/CIA gestapo/SD etc etc etc). In the ranking of power both are equal (however Arina flutters her eyelashes at me and generally has her way, at least she think she does) Anyway dear people, I will see you all later :)
