Re: Treebeard, Ugluk and Grishnakh

Chris1, in about two seconds of the latest trailer, you get a shot of an ent picking up a hobbit. Also, in the trailer released in theaters right before the credits of FOTR you saw a tree opening its eyes. I would assume this is Treebeard. I'm very interested to see how PJ portrays the ents, it could be very difficult to make talking trees in a film and not make them look comical. I have a feeling if anyone can pull it off it's PJ.

Viking, I completely agree with your observations. I found the relationship between Ugluk and Grishnakh one of the most interesting and an iteresting way of showing how deep Saurumon's treachery went. It also showed that orcs do more than growl and kill. They have their own ideas and thoughts(admittedly not deep thoughts but thoughts none the less). It would be hard for me to imagine the two towers with out these two characters and I really hope they show up in the film.
