The Extended Version
Fluidshaggy

I am once again in awe of PJ. The extended version of FOTR was amazing. I loved the original edit and would have thought it hard to improve on. But he pulled it off. The introduction to hobbit was great. Galadriel didn't seem as psycho/dark as she did in the original edit. Aragorn at the grave of his mother was a powerful scene. There wasn't a single scene added or extended that didn't improve the film. I really wish this had been the theater release, anyone I know who hasn't yet seen the film I will show this version. I feel it is definitely the better for those who haven't read the books(I have many times) as you get a better feeling for the characters. Until now I have said I hope TTT is as good as FOTR was, now I say I hope TTT is as good as FOTR(extended version) was.
