Goblin Men
Redhorn

To Razors,

I think what Gandalf meant, when he said "goblin-men" was that Saruman bred orcs with "evil" men.

We all know that Saruman has the Woses and other evil, dark or wild men at his command. And we all know that all orcs (or goblins) are essentially evil. So one can assume that the "goblin-like", or "evil" men is what Gandalf was talking about.

Also the human half of the Uruk-hai race would explain their tall stature and ability to withstand sunlight.

I hope this helps.
