I haven't posted for a while now, but now it seems the time is right.

We don't know Elrond's exact age because it is unclear when the First Age ended and the Second Age began. We do know Elrond and Elros were born before the invasion by the sons of Feanor of the Falas. This was c. FA 540. Since we know that Elros died at the age of 500 and in SA 442, he was born 58 years before the end of the First Age. With this in mind it is all simple math from now on:

58 + 3441 (Second age) + 3021 (Third Age) = 6520

The time that Elrond spent on Middle Earth was 6520 years.
