Re: Time in Moria
Rosie

In the book it took the fellowship three days to travel through Moria. They spend there first night when Gandalf isn't sure which of the three doors to take them through. This is also when the 'Well' incident happens. Pippin drops the stone down the well. (In the book it was a stone, not a dead person and chain.) The second night they spend in the Great Hall (i'm not sure exactly what it's called). This is the large room that they enter in the movie with lots of pillers and Sam says 'Now that's an eye opener and no mistake'.
I hope this was helpful to you.
