Moria Orcs

When it comes to the Moria Orcs surronding the fellowship before the Balrog shows up, it is intimidation. All of the Orcs are chanting and yelling at the fellowship to frighten them. One of the Orcs that Frodo looks at even gives him a nice smilling glare. However in Saving Private Ryan, which someone else mentioned, everyone was yelling for the other side to put their guns down. Both sides were afraid to fire because they knew the other side would also begin to fire, so they were just politly asking them to drop their weapons. However back to the subject, the Orcs were just trying to scare the the fellowship some more.
