My Own Humble Review
Mithril Miner
I know this is probably the hundreth review you people have read, but, hey, gotta get my two cents in!
Okay, I really liked basically everything about the movie. PJ really outdid himself. I take my hat off to him.
The thing I appreciated about Gollum was his humanness. Every illustration I've seen has had him portrayed as a slimy, green, monkey guy, with huge, bulging eyes. The Two Tower's Gollum is actually human, suprise, suprise!
The distinction between the appearance of different races. I, for one, was very impressed with the difference of regions, for example: the Riders of Rohan had more of a square jaw, shall we say, than Boromir and Faramir, who are from Gondor. The orcs were orcs, the Uruk-hai were Uruks. I could tell the difference.
There were many inner-struggles that make the movie much more entertaining.
All in all, this was a superb masterpiece.
