Galadriel and Aragorn

I have seen the Special Extended DVD edition of The Felllowship of the Rings a million times, and each time when the fellowship is leaving Lorien and the gifts are being given, it baffles me.

Galadriel says to Aragorn "...You have your own choice to make, Aragorn. To rise above the height of all your fathers since the days of Elendil...or to fall into darkness with all that is left of your kin.

Farewell. There is much you have yet to do. We shall not meet again, Ellessar."

But, in The Return of the King, do they not meet again. I was certain Galadriel and Elrond came with Arwen in the end. What do you think?
