'We Will Not Meet Again...'

Perhaps when Galadriel tells Aragorn that they will not meet again, she is saying so figuratively. After all, when they do meet again in ROTK, Aragorn has undergone the transformation of an uncertain but heroic ranger to a steadfast king comfortable with his importance and role in the future of Middle Earth. PJ could just be using some movie making tricks to build suspense for audiences not familiar with the books.
