Can You Solve Our Debate?

In the Movie when Arwen and Aragorn are talking on the bridge in Rivendell and Arwen asks (sorry I can't spell Elvish very well but it sounds something like this) "Shardoné im stestés aspénish vi tithe?" tranlated as "Do you remember when we first met?" I was just wondering if anyone knows if the 'vi' is from the sindarin word for 'one', and therefore makes it 'when we FIRST met'. Just an argument I was having with my brother. If anyone can help that would be great.
