Foolofa, I beleive the word for first you heard was a derivative of the Quenya word esta, probably the third word in your paraphrasing. You must remember that the grammatic structure of Elvish differs substantially from the English. Can't work out which other words are which with the sources I have here, but I think the literal translation of Arwen's statement would read "When we first met do you remember?" since in Sindarin verbs always go at the end of the sentence in questions.
