Actually Foolofatook, I think the elvish part you are referring to must be this part: "Brë astva gín, á cûn nilín gûsdil dö." It's what Aragorn was originally scripted to say at the part when he is really surprised to find the evenstar in his hand after just seeing it on Arwen's neck. But, once again, PJ had to go and change it!
