Included in RotK
Tomas

I just thought that I should mention one thing after watching the audio commentary on FOTR by PJ and the writers.

In the scene when Frodo reaches the summit of the hill, after his run in with Boromir, he clibes the throne. In the movie he sees the eye of Sauron. On the commentary PJ says that he filmed sequences of Frodo seeing all those things that is described in the book. One of those things are the enemy ships drawing closer to Gondor.

This would suggest that those ships will be seen in ROTK which would probably mean that "the path of the dead" is in the movie.
