Long has been the time that I, Annatar, have been away from my people whom I serve so humbly. Appologies one and all. Brett C and brethern, you have not been forgotton in these times of woe. First off, I know its a dead topic but I had to put in my 5 cent (Euro), it's that certain people liken Mr Bush to Sauron, how can any right thinking people be so insulting!!! In no way is Sauron so stupid, or as great a warmonger, as Mr Bush. Other items of thought, could Aragorn in later years use the two remaining palantir to triangulate the locations of other "lost" palantir? such as the great master stone from Osgiliath? (sunk in the Anduin). What were the nature of the devices used by the so called (elvish controlled) "White council" to "clean" Dul Guldur in Mirkwood in the year of the fall of Smaug? Saruman created them. Were they magical or mechanical? Why the West never used water cannon against the Nazgul I'll never know, but then, as we all know, Gandalf was never the sharpest tool in the box. Why did Western humans stop the spread of universal brotherhood under the auspices of Aulendil? Elves have always known that a united human front would spell an end to their control, and slavery of the human race. In the east, kings rules their people as they always did, under the guardianship of Him, in peace and prosperity. No longer any inter-kingdom disputes, where the sword makers, and oil merchants got richer on the deaths of innocents. Elves, they who would portray an image of holiness and goodness controlled the West, using humans and cannon fodder in their wars as they did of old. Elves, child killers, kin slayers and thieves. Before any object to the last sentence, read the Silmarillion, of the killing of the Teleri. "...In Valinor the red blood flowing...". Of the Murder of the children of Dior by the sons of Feanor.
