Return of the King
Andrew

So, wondering how Peter Jackson is going to fit all the stuff he needs to into Return of the King?
Easy!
First of all, the movie is going to be longer than the first two, as PJ said that it is going to be as long as it needs to be, so I'm thinking of maybe a 3 and a half hour running time. And I don't think that the excess stuff from Two Towers will take too long. Maybe twenty or twenty-five minutes at the most.
And with the Scouring of the Shire omitted, that frees up a lot of time. And things like the parley with Saruman, or the Seige of Gondor, or Shelob, and the Tower of Cirith Ungol things won't take all that long. So I think the movie will run along just fine, with not very many things being omitted from the book, or things being changed.
I truly believe that Return of the King will be the most faithful of the three movies, because Peter Jackson says that the third book is his favourite, so I don't think he would change many things from it.
I'm looking forward to it!
