Confusion....confusion!

I honestly thought I understood the books, but now I wonder if I've not misled myself in a couple of areas?

Am I mistaken in believing that the Witch King and the Head Ringwraith are one and the same person? That's just the idea I'd always had, and since I've forbidden myself from looking at the books until October, I thought I'd ask.

Who did Eowyn kill? Is the Witch King a Ringwraith??? AM I JUST OFF MY ROCKER???

Clarification would be wonderful. I am dependently yours.
