Witchking vs. Mouth of Sauron

I whould have to agree totally with Niphredil on that the Witch King (a.k.a. Lord of the Ringwraiths)is more powerful than the Mouth of Sauron, Mainly because of the deeds that the Witchking did compared to the nameless man. Also i want to comment on the debate of Gandalf being the most powerful being besides Sauron. I believe Gandalf knew he was weaker, he said that the powers of the white were great, yet black is greater still(or something to that effect). I think the only reason he wasn't sure about the Witchking was because of Glorfindel's prophecy, of him not falling to a man. In the Silmarillion it does state that Gandalf was the wisest of the Maiar, so i would have to say that he was probably sent to out-smart Sauron than out-muscle him.
