It is almost certain that Wormtoungue kills Saruman, and that he does it during their imprisonment in Isenguard. One picture that can be found on a few sites depicts Grima w/ a knife glaring at someone off-screen who is undoubtably Saruman. The ground behind him is that of Isenguard. Assuming that the wizard on a spiked wheely-dealie pictures aren't a hoax, many theories say that Grima slits Saruman's throat and pushes him from the tower onto the wheel. As to Grima's death, I've heard two rumors:

a) He is killed shortly after the murder of Saruman by a well-aimed arrow from Legolas.

b) He is killed by Eowyn.

That last theory, though a clever idea for the movie and full of justice, would be kind of hard to pull off. It's just a random rumor and probably untrue. But neither Grima nor Saruman will survive to see the Ringbearers' departure to the Grey Havens. (bye the way...the Grey Havens aren't Valinor, are they? Aren't they like a stop on the way there? If so, did Frodo go on to Valinor? Did Sam go there too?) Yours.
