Many Things
Lilly

First: the whole "elf reincarnation" theory that I shared was merely a theory Tolkien had created in some of his earliest Middle-Earth drafts. It didn't survive into later works, but some people still make reference to it. If you were to read the first two Books of Lost Tales, you would know what I was referring to.

Second: I know Rosie was dead when Sam departed; I rather think he was waiting for her to pass before he departed. I just kind of wish she had been able to go with him. Impossible, perhaps, but one can wish.

Third: Some new ROTK rumors are: Merry joins Pippin during the last battle rather than staying at Gondor; Arwen herself delivers Narsil to Aragorn in Battle; And it's almost certain that there will be NO Ghan-Buri-Ghan (spelling). I've seen the Shelob model. It's creepy!

Fourth: The makers of the HULK have gone so far in their boasting as to say that thier Hulk will out-do Gollum!! According to them he climbs over mountains and doesn't get dirty, swims and doesn't get wet, and DOESN'T INTERACT THAT MUCH!! Sharpen your swords, we're going to battle!!!

Fourth: Pip, I understand. I do get annoying. But you must understand, I LOVE to talk, especially LOTR-talk, and NONE of my friends like the LOTR. Whenever I try to make a comment about them, they groan and cover their ears..despite my pleas, not even half of them will even ATTEMPT to read them (they say they're too LONG and POINTLESS)! It's frustrating. I thought that here was a place that could understand a conversation-starved Tolkien fan...but I get on your nerves too. It's been great, reading and writing...but if you want, I'll stop. You're right: this isn't my forum. Isn't, never was. But thanks for putting up with me this long.

I remain, for now, dissapointedly yours.
