Mortified
Tiniowien

Was anyone else as horrified as I was at the MTV movie awards, in particular Gollum's "acceptance speech." It made sick, to be honest, that someone thought that a beloved (well, beloved isn't exactly the word) Tolkien character repeatedly using foul language is funny. It makes me question the ethics of Lord of the Rings filmmakers- surely Peter Jackson knew about it, and the animators had a hand in it.
Any thoughts? I might be a bit of a prude, especially in these times, but the MTV movie awards made me sick.
