Well, well, well. The battle begins. I too have read that article about the Hulk and will wait until actually seeing the Hulk in action to make my judgement, but I personally think it was very low of Universal to say first...
"We're using Gollum as our inspiration for the CG of the Hulk." and then go ahead and say in effect,
but Gollum really stinks, Weta's CG is so lame. Ours is gonna make them look like pikers." Yeesh, drives me nuts. Lilly, my sword is sharpened, and I'm ready to go. ;-) But anyway, shouldn't be talking about the Hulk in a LOTR forum so...

As to ManoftheWesterneese's (spelling) comment on the Halls of Mandos, I think you're correct. From what I understood men go to be with Eru, while the elves go to Valinor, or the Halls of Mandos. As to what happens after the end of the World, Tolkein didn't really say, but He gives the impression that Elves and Men would not be reunited in the after-life. :'( But, that's just my opinion based on some of the writings in the Silmarillion.
