My question is about 'Rohirric', the language of Rohan. Is there actually a full language for that culture or did Tolkien just make selected fragments for the tale?

Is 'Lathspell', or a later phrase said by Eomer: 'Westu Theoden Hal!', actually Rohirric, or is it Elvish? Or is Rohirric actually Old English, as they - we - use in the soundtrack vocals? I'm really into the Middle-Earth languages, can't you tell?!

Any thoughts?
