The Rings of Power
Mr. Underhill

Hey Lilly, I think your explanation was a good one, but some of your details are a little bit off. First of all, Sauron, as Lord Annatar can attest, made the One Ring and the One Ring only. He convinced, Cerebor (I think that was his name) to forge the rings of power, for Elves, Men, and Dwarves.

It is my opinion, Annatar correct me if I'm wrong, that whenever Sauron wore the One, He had mastery over the other rings and their bearers. This is why the Elves and Dwarves hid their rings, and also why Men so easily fell within Sauron's grasp. This is just my understanding of the books, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Hobbitly Yours,

Underhill... my name's Underhill
