Aragorn's Age?
Paradox

I was reading that Two Towers Extended Edition spoiler and it said that Aragorn is (from memory) 86. I assume this is from the elves' food and drink and such, but I cannot find this in the book. Can someone tell me where to look? I am having a hard time believing that I missed it, since I've read the book 22 times.
