Ready to Fight

Everyone will get mad at me and ignore this, but oh well I'm not exactly feeling the love anyway. And I apologize ahead of time, but all Harry Potter websites are shut down for an obvious reason and I'm dying to discuss it.

I have read Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, a book I have waited three years for. And I am ready to blast away any suggestion that Harry Potter is in any way lesser than Lord of the Rings. I love Lord of the Rings. Always have. Always will. But Lord of the Rings is somehow a story, a wonderful story, but only a story. J.K. Rowling has, although while creating a great deal of pain, made Harry Potter seem real. Not just a story. Order of the Phoenix is incredibly deep, sad, and more personal than any other book I have ever read. It is better than the other four books. It places Harry Potter into the highest standards of literature.

Well, go ahead and bite my head off now. I don't know that I'm as ready for a fight as I was... but wow, that book has made a serious impact.
