No Way!!!
Imlar

Hey, I just read Sulimo's article to Samwise (days back, now) about finidng the Silmarillion... I live in the best country --Canada! and well, I can tell you that I had absolutely NO trouble finding the Silmarillion OR The Adventures of Tom Bombadil. In fact, I got The Silmarillion in a bookstore close to my house before the movies came out. When the movies came out, the bookstores were just FULL of LOTR stuff...I bought a book (once again, before the movie came out!) that has "Farmer Giles of Ham, Leaf by Niggle, The Adventures of Tom Bombadil, and Smith of Wootton Major" four of Tolkien's books...well worth the read if you ask me! So if you can't find the Adventures of Tom Bombadil by itself, try "Tales from the Perilous Realm," published by Harper-Collins. That's the book that has those 4 books written by Tolkien. I'm quite surprised you two are having such a hard time finding even the Silmarillion! You might want to try ordering it online! It's worth the buy. If you want to know more about The Adventures of Tom Bombadil...it's basically a collection of poems written by Tolkien. So yup, don't know if that was helpful to anybody, but just thought I'd mention it.
