Oh, No!!

Desperate for a new glimps of the ROTK, I've been searching through every site that claims to have "Spoilers" [my philosophy is, surprises causes heart attacks: everyone needs a sneak peek!]. After a bit of surfing around, I came across a picture whose title I've forgotten.

It depicted Frodo and Sam wandering through these dark, damp tunnels, and the caption said that it was them escaping out of Osgiliath through the sewers and that it would appear in the Extended DVD.

OH, how I HOPE NOT!! Osgiliath had SEWERS??? I mean, I can picture all kinds of irrigation systems, aqueducts, fountains...all that kind of thing, but SEWERS?? I don't know. It somehow doesn't seem right. And honestly it looks out of place. When I first saw the picture the first thought in my head was "Oh, look: it's the Hobbit meets the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Swell."

I'm all for loading up the DVD with all kinds of stuff, but not this. I don't want to see any more of Osgiliath than what's already there, especially considering the fact that THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE!!!!!!

Am I the only one who has issues with this picture? Or am I just displaying my ignorance before the world?
