Who Are Those 2 'People' at the Black Gate??

I noticed something while watching my TTT Dvd that I had forgotten. When Sam slips down the rocky hill near the black gate of Mordor and Frodo goes down and hides Sam under the Elven cloak, they are approached by two of Sauron's "soldiers." These 2 are NOT orcs though. They look distinctly human (actually the eyes look female to me!). Who are these two??
P.S. Lots of questions lately, I know, but did anyone have any thoughts yet on my earlier question about Galadriel's role in ROTK? Will she be at the wedding, do you think?
