To Frodo-lives
Matt McNabb

Elrond and Elros were brothers. They were also the sons of Earendil and Elwing, Man and Elf. They were given the choice to be with either race. Elrond chose the Elves, Elros Men. Elrond's children were also granted the choice but since Elros chose mortality then all his descendants would also be mortal. So, since Arwen chose to be of Mankind then her children would be mortal.
