Balrogs, to Have Wings Or Not to Have Wings.
Frodo_Lives

Ok, Balrogs have wings!!!!! Tolkien says they do in the books. I think the reason they don't fly is like what someone else said (I forgot your name). It's like chikens or penguines. They have wings but can not fly. That what I think.

Ok, another thing. I think that PJ did a really good job bringing the fell beasts to life! He did it exactly like they were described in the book.

And another thing, I think that Elijah Wood did such A GREAT JOB playing the Frodo that is teetering on insanity. He plays Frodo where you can tell the ring is getting hold of him. And Sean as Sam really makes you notice it. But I think Elijah was amazing (as usually!).

I think the exorsism (spelling?) was really cool. It wasn't that outrages. I especially like the shot where Gandalf tells Saruman to go and Theoden gets thrown against the chair then you see Saruman flying across orthanc!!! I loved that! But I do wish they would have just locked Eomer up besides banishing him. But it was really cool when Eomer comes and crys "Rohirrim!" and they charge to the rescue. I think it might have been kind of boring without that. Thats like the only change I dont mind.

No, the shot of The Wraith "meeting" Gandalf AND PIPPIN was not in book. I don't know what PJ was thinkning!!! But, I do think that Pippin looks so incredible as a Gondorian!!!! I started screaming when I saw it!!! And Merry as a Rohan warrior!!!! OMG!!!! So cool!!!! I think besides Frodo, Pippin is my favorite charctor! And Billy Boyd portrays him perfectly!!!!!!! Ok, I can't think of anyhthing else. I'm starting to get excited again!!! (Exclamation marks!) Sorry this was so long.

Frodo Lives 4ever!
