Hobbit Trailers, Samwises, Elves
Tinowien

I hate to burst everyone's happy bubble, but I'm pretty sure the "Hobbit" trailer you are mentioning is one thats been circulating around for quite some time. Its just cobbled together clips from various movies including Lord of the Rings.
The most reliable and frequently updated site for news is theonering.net, I go there every day. Any huge news item like a Hobbit movie would be on every Tolkien site anyway.

And 2 Samwises is going to confuse me, but English-Samwise, you can't own a name and I don't think plagiarizing was intended anyway. Plus, since Israel-Samwise is distinguishing it with 'the Brave' I don't think its that big a deal. (Excuse my distinction of your names, its the only way I'll keep myself straight.)
Israel-Samwise, your English is very good especially compared to some people who have spoken it all their lives and still can't speak or write decently.

As for the greatest elf, I'd say that is a very tough decision. But Galadriel has my vote, on or off your list. I am with great restraint not voting for Legolas, because I know he isn't the greatest elf but he is my favorite elf, for hormonal and girly reasons.
